Proposed Agenda:
1. To release minutes of previous meeting
2. To convey thanks to all who participated in compiling the petition/survey
3. To present the results of the survey as submitted to Enfield Council
4. Responses from Enfield Council Councillors to e-mails / correspondence
5. Confirm application of Deputation to Full Council
6. Launch of the Palmers Green Residents Association (PGRA) with the partnership
and co-operation of the Fox Lane & District
Residents Association.
7. Confirmation of Representatives
8. Select Chair, Deputy Chair and Secretary for P.G.R.A.
9. Define the aims and objectives of P.G.R.A.
10. Any other business.
11. Arrange next meeting
The Enfield Advertiser expressed an interest to attend our meeting and I have invited its reporter to attend. It is proposed that a list of the PGRA representatives should be released for publication.
